CICS, a Canada-based non-profit government organization founded in 1968, provides services and aid for migration, childcare, and training. The Centre of Learning, one of its platforms, offers tutorial courses for children, youth, adults, and retirees. The center relies heavily on Microsoft Forms and Excel for essential tasks such as course registration, managing children's profiles, course tracking, and email communication. However, the manual processes have led to frequent errors and wasted time in daily operations, prompting the need for a customized automation solution integrated with Microsoft Forms and Excel to streamline workflows and boost efficiency.
